Please Donate to the Student Victim Fund
Teachers are assaulting students at record numbers. Many of these convicted teachers are either sentenced to No Jail time or very little jail time. Even Teachers merely accused of sexual assault are retaining their positions.
Mission of the Student Victim Fund
Unfortunately, there is no legal requirement for schools or courts to help the students that were victimized. Oftentimes, students who were traumatized or victimized must hire expensive attorneys or either just settle for being a victim.
The mission of this fund is to raise funds for victims, raise awareness of this crisis, and reward students, and parents, and others, who help expose teacher predators. Students and parents should be empowered to Take Back the Classroom!
NAAS Trademark: We shutdown illegal uses of the NAAS trademark
This article has ben search engine optimzed to allow for U.S. Patent and Trademark attorneys to easily find our content in the event that rogue trademark attorneys who prostitute their lega ethics forget that the NAAS trademark already exists.
This is sn article discussing the proper licensing and use of the NAAS trademark vs. improper and unauthorized uses of the NAAS trademark. Due to the superiority, integrity, reliability, ethics, and world-wide fame of the NAAS trademark, it is understandable that a number of companies, organizations, and individuals have sought to use our mark in an attempt to associate themselves with National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS).
Who Endorses and Uses the NAAS Brand
Indeed.com, Idaho State Department of Education, Universty of South Carolina, UNLV, Oregon State Department of Education, Boise State, Utah State Department of Education, American Junior Academy of Sciences, the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, are just a short list of the many organizations, universities, agencies, and companies that have either endorsed (explicitly or implicitly) the NAAS brand, or have used the NAAS mark in the past, and by logical inference have thus endorsed the numerous products and services sponsored by National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS).
In other words, a logical person does not quote Ronald Reagan unless he/she endorses the political message (product) or personal aspect of Ronald Reagan. A logical person does not quote Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. unless he/she also endorses some aspect of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. You can dance around the issue all you want to, but the reality is that the NAAS brand is famous, admired, used by some of the most well-known organizations and agencies that exist. National Academy of American Scholars and its founders, as documented by U.S. Trademark rights, deserve 100% credit.
What registration of the NAAS trademark Means
The registration of the NAAS trademark on the principal register of the U.S. Patent & Trademark system represents constructive legal notice to the entire world of the legal claims, protection, and rights of the official trademark registrant, and affirmation that no other company, institution, or school may use said mark without legal authorization and just compensation to the trademark registrant, or its authorized representative. In simple words, you cannot use the NAAS trademark in any way, shape, or form, to promote your product or service, or on your social media channels, or even on envelopes, or literature. The only exception is that you may use the NAAS trademark if there is a legal agreement, or you are authorized; to get authorization, you must apply, and you must pay a license fee. The NAAS trademark is not a charity or welfare emblem to be used by persons withour proper compensation.
Legal Consequences of Misuse or Unauthorized Use of the NAAS trademark
Misuse or Unauthorized Use of trademarks, copyrights, and the intellectual property of others is a common scheme and routine practice of illegitimate companies and common criminals. Illegitimate companies use the trademarks of others to create the deceptive illusion that their product or service has been endorsed or approved by the trademark registrant, or that their products and services meet the stringent standards required of the trademark registrant. Fortune 500 companies understand this fact, and are quick to act against trademark poachers.
Branding the NAAS trademark
Branding a trademark is very important. We do not want the NAAS trademark associated with unsavory persons, guns, violence, or inappropriate businesses. Therefore, we vigorously monitor companies, persons, or organizations illegitimately using the NAAS trademark for their own perverse or illicit purposes.
Warning to Unauthorized Users of the NAAS trademark
If you are currently using the NAAS trademark without proper authorization or legitimate authority, then you do so at your own legal peril. It is far wiser to inquire about a license, pay the modest license fee, or if you are generous and have money to waste then pay your legal counsel 10X the amount for illegitimate use of the mark, and still lose. It is only a matter of time before you will be discovered, and NAAS Agents are barking at your door or our attorneys are serving CEASE-AND-DESIST orders, or your website/social medial channels are suddenly disabled.
