Please Donate to the Student Victim Fund
Teachers are assaulting students at record numbers. Many of these convicted teachers are either sentenced to No Jail time or very little jail time. Even Teachers merely accused of sexual assault are retaining their positions.
Mission of the Student Victim Fund
Unfortunately, there is no legal requirement for schools or courts to help the students that were victimized. Oftentimes, students who were traumatized or victimized must hire expensive attorneys or either just settle for being a victim.
The mission of this fund is to raise funds for victims, raise awareness of this crisis, and reward students, and parents, and others, who help expose teacher predators. Students and parents should be empowered to Take Back the Classroom!
The Northwest Accreditation Commission use of false NAAS Accreditation
Northwest Accreditation Commission
This report does not debate or address the issue of whether or not The Northwest Accreditation Commission is an authentic accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education. Instead, we address the specific and undisputable FACT that Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc., and its presumed newly created alter-ego, The Northwest Accreditation Commission, and their collective members HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHT OR PRIVILEGE TO USE THE NAAS LABEL IN COMMERCE, DID NOT HAVE PAST PERMISSION, THAT THE USE OF THE NAAS LABEL BY THESE PERSONS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WAS AND CONTINUES TO BE UNAUTHORIZED BY LAW, AND THAT THE MERE CHANGE IN NAME DOES NOT ALLEVIATE OR EXTINGUISH PAST MIS-USE OF THE NAAS MARK.
Why the U.S. Government Refused The Northwest Accreditation Commission
Northwest Association of Accredited Schools may be a legitimate entity that is authorized to engage in the practice of accreditation. Northwest Association of Accredited Schools could even be licensed by the U.S. Department of Education for the purposes of accrediting schools. This report does not debate or address that issue. This report affirms that Northwest Association of Accredited Schools HAS NO LEGAL RIGHT OR PRIVILEGE TO USE THE NAAS LABEL IN COMMERCE, AND THAT THE USE OF THE NAAS LABEL BY UNLICENSED PERSONS IS ILLEGAL.
Timeline for Northwest Association of Accredited Schools to abandon use of NAAS trademark.
In August of 2010, Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. recognized the inevitable, and that its attempts to secure a trademark registration for Northwest Association of Accredited Schools 1917 would fail. Therefore, David Steadman and his Las Vegas, NV-based associate fabricated a new name calling themselves Northwest Accreditation Commission. This new entity was quickly adopted by a series of corrupt educational entities, diploma mills, including The Association of Washington School Principals, a suspicious muslim-backed group based out of San Deigo, CA calling itself The AGVI Academy for Gifted Youth, and others.
In September of 2010, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office issued a Notice of Default to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. for failure to perform a legal action it was required to perform. Unlike the corrupt state of Idaho, and its communist-controlled law enforcment agencies, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office sided with the U.S. Constitution; a document held in little regard by the state of Idaho.
This Publisher has not been able to find a single competitor of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. in the states where it operates. How is it legally possible for a single organization to control or set accrediation polices for as many seven states, without any competition, and not a single U.S. Attorney General has investigated this issue? This Publisher contendes that many U.S. accreditation agencies are deliberately divided up into no-compete regions and this violates the Sherman Act.
Name Change for Northwest Association of Accredited Schools
Northwest Association of Accredited Schools changed its name to The Northwest Accreditation Commission not because it wanted to but because it was FORCED! Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, a/k/a/ The Northwest Accreditation Commission, finally capitulated, and abandoned its own namesake, and then adopted The Northwest Accreditation Commission as its new name. The name change appears to represent an attempt to shield consumers from its past. Northwest Association of Accredited Schools was forced to concede the obvious: that it has no right to use the NAAS label in commerce, that it was abandoning its dreams of molesting the NAAS label any further, and that it was being stripped of even using its own name.
Schools and programs that have now adopted the hastily created Northwest Accreditation Commission as a means to claim accreditation may want to know that the mere change in name of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools Inc. to another name will have absolutely no affect whatsoever on future legal plans against those entities, and persons, and against Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. for past illegal profits, past trademark infringement, etc. If John Wayne Gacy, the now executed molestor of hundreded of young men in Chicago,Illinois could have merely changed his name to avoid prosecution then I am sure he would have considered this option. Accrdingly, all schools and programs previously accredited under the NAAS label by Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc. will remain publicly identified as UNACCREDITED until.....stay tuned!!!!
